The transfer of the Concert Party Shares was effected on 27 May 2008.

Pursuant to Section 7 of the Companies Act (Chapter 50), LuYe International holds a deemed interest in LuYe Investments shares in the Company.

Hygeia Holdings Ltd owns all the issued share capital of LuYe International and has a deemed interest in the AsiaPharm Shares held by LuYe International pursuant to Section 7 of the Companies Act (Cap 50).

1. Martin Currie Investment Management Ltd ("MCIM") has a deemed interest in the shareholdings of RH 1 and RH 2 in the listed company, totaling 2.7% of the voting rights in the shares of listed company.
